Another from my recent (2008) trip to Glencoe in Scotland.
Stob Dearg of Buachaille Etive Mor (1022 m (3352 ft) ) from the river Coupall. The mountain is one of the most photographed in Scotland, helped as the A82 (the road to Fort William) runs right next to it. It takes the shape of a ridge which is nearly 8miles long, surrounded by the river Etive below. The ridge contains 4 summits (Stob Dearg (1022 m), Stob na Doire (1011 m), Stob Coire Altruim (941 m) and Stob na Bròige (956 m) ). |
